I bought this for my husband & he found it to be soft & comfortable, overall his happy with it & hasnt asked me to remove it.....

Plush is not a word that I would describe it. It's so flat even after trying to fluff it. I actually measured it to make sure that it's 10cm. It is 10cm that feels like it's just a mattress protector. Had high hopes but deeply disappointed.

Firstly putting the Eco Topper on my mattress (I have a good quality standard king size mattress & base) it was a loose fit & the skirt is very thin material so looks nothing like the snug fit in photos. Consequently it slips around. I have slept for a week with the Eco Topper on bed & honestly I have not noticed any major difference in alleviating pain. It does provide a feeling of being snug. Overall underwhelming & makes little difference to sleep quality. Definitely wish I had not bought online -the quality is just not great.
